Add BuddyBoss App to Huawei AppGallery for Google Play Store alternative

Add the BuddyBoss App to the Huawei AppGallery. Huawei users have no access to the Google Play Store. Because of that we need to be able to add the app to the Huawei AppGallery. Thank you
