Choose if Organizers can change specific settings of a Group. This is a private group and This is a hidden group and delete group is able to be change by Organizers. This Needs abailty to hide such things if Admin have set the group to be Public for a reason and do not wish the group to be deleted by Organizers or hidden. Admin rules should override such ability. A rouge Organizer could delete or hide a group from Admin. This is a bit of a security flaw if the Admins require a group to be seen at all times.
