Always open specific URLs in an external browser to deliver improvements and better functionality. As a customer, I want certain links to always open in an external browser, as the in-app browser is not sufficient or supported for showing the destination of the link Currently, we have a global setting for customers to set whether links should be opened in the in-app browser, external browser or let the member decide. However, there are cases where customers need links to always open in an external browser. As such, we will provide functionality to do so. span data-preserve-white-space/span This feature should delivered in the following ways: - In the More Menu, we will add a "Always open in external browser" checkbox to Custom Link menu items - For these items, as external link icon will show next to the menu label in the app. When clicked, they always open the link in the external browser - This is not supported for Tab Bar items - In the Quick Links block, we will add a "Always open in external browser" checkbox to Custom Link menu items - For these items, as external link icon will show next to the menu label in the app. When clicked, they always open the link in the external browser - In the Link Handling settings, we will provide a new setting to define rules which can be applied to certain links to always open in the external browser - There will be limitations to which locations the rules apply in, such as on the Tab Bar or in native screens, as opening externally could break the user experience
