There should be a separate Dashboard tab for Instructors/ Creators as per role or must be able to create it in menu and hide for members. Instructors/creators should not see the top bar which displays WordPress & dashboard. Also admin should be able to change the slug (/wp-admin) and the name which displays WordPress ..
