Disable emails for specific group in BB Community while allowing for others

"We have a client using the BB Community. They have a Comms Group set up for their main Communications channel that has all their 1200+ members added to it (with new members being added automatically). They do NOT want emails to go out to all members from this group when they have updates. They ONLY want these updates to appear in members' Community feed. All other Groups set up on the site they DO want automatic email alerts to go out for every post. How can we selectively disable emails from the Comms Group
