With Private Messaging it would be convenient to have a forward messaging or copy conversation button in the chat module. Or transfer conversation to a different user. The reason for this is we have multiple support team members that get messaged by the community members internally. Some cases we would need support person 1 to forward messages to support person 2. If screenshots are involved we have to save the screenshot to the computer first then reupload it to an email or a new private conversation.
