The feedback I keep on getting is that we need to improve the convenience of messaging a friend without having to go to their profile page. We need to reduce the number of clicks on the web platfom to be able to message a memmber or contact. My users are asking us to make it so that it functions like Facebook where you click on your contact and a message box poped up and if you wish to view friends complete profile an option should be provided in the pop-up message box. I guess they asking for it to work like Facebook side bar
