I would like to suggest to add a dropdown with 'Profile Type' to the Members widget so we can select the Profile Type. This way, we can show members that are only Student, or Teacher, or Staff. It's better we show only one profile type at a time such as only Students, or only Teachers. Besides, it doesn't make sense to show school plumber or security guard in Members widget.
