I (and I think many others) would be very happy with a live chat. In this live chat people from the community can communicate with each other like a 'group chat'. Discord's popularity has skyrocketed in the last years. So discord can be seen as an example as to what chat types are in demand. This way people feel like the community is even more engaging than a forum for example.
