Enhancing Deep Linking Functionality for App Pages in Gutenberg Blocks

"Deep linking to app pages from Gutenberg block paragraph links. Currently there is no option to link text in paragraph text to an app page from another app page . The only way to do this is the Quick Links menu. For example
