Currently, there is no built-in option in the core to add links to external documents directly to the 'Group → Files/Documents' area. Currently, that section only supports file uploads.
We recommend implementing this functionality. There should be a specific icon to indicate that a link to an external cloud document is present. Additionally, an optional description could be useful for providing access information (e.g. a password).
Use Case: Members of the Community can use their own cloud ecosystem and can share documents for editing/collaboration with the BuddyBoss-Community (in Groups).
