Remove 'hidden/closed' courses from Buddyboss course grid. Learndash courses that are set up as 'closed' and selected only make visible to those enrolled are showing up in the bb course grid. On the app they dont show up if 'hide in app unless enrolled' is selected. We need an option for the courses to be hidden on the course grid on the web as well
