BuddyBoss does not load Facebook link previews like it does for other websites. Also in general this preview feature should be improved to be more like Facebook. A lot of information from Facebook will be loaded on the site and it would be a lot easier if the site would make high quality previews of the links with loaded pictures and descriptions.
