Hi! We all have 2 big problems with Group discussions. Please check the support ticket #162175. Groups discussions should be treated the same way as normal standalone discussions. This means with the discussion title and indexable. Please most of us use groups-disc instead of standalone. you've also made a survey on the FB group. For SEO purposes this setup should be the default. Thanks for your understanding.
