We're excited to have released enhancements to the Private Messaging component. Messaging has come a long way since we've released the Platform in 2019, so we’ve given all our messaging screens a “face lift”, while adding new enhancements to create a faster, more intuitive messaging experience.
We've introduced:
A more intelligent search form which finds more accurate results, faster
Placeholders to improve the experience while your messages are loading
Intuitive formatting for time and date stamps which are easier to read at a glance
A brand new form to make creating messages and uploading media easier
Clearer notices and alerts to better inform your members when messaging is restricted in some way
Everything also extends into the BuddyBoss App, where we've also introduced:
Showing suggestions when creating a new message to start new conversations faster
Swiping left on conversations to quickly reveal actions
