We run a number of courses with daily live streams where the ability of students to live chat during the live stream is vital. We currently achieve that using Discord where we also have a discord pop-out button (similar to the freshchat button you have at the bottom right side of your roadmap page) that opens up the discord channel which is a fast way for students to check the messages or ask a question live during the live stream. We've tried to replicate this using your live messages functionality but it's not a good experience as: 1) Users have to have the Messages open in another tab as to not interfere with the live stream. There is no way to embed the messages for a specific group within the live streaming page nor have a pop-out button for the group messages 2) Messages don't support quick copy-pasting of a screenshot and where a screenshot has to first be saved as a file locally and then added to the chat. We teach financial courses and an easy screenshot and copy of the screenshot of a chart in the live chat is critical and better user experience.
