There is no frontend moderation tools similar to those found on the admin dashboard for Moderators on the frontend. User Reports really need ability to be controlled on the frontend. Admins do not have time to constantly look at reports in the dashboard. This is what the Moderator role should be for. Moderators and organizers are unable to view reports on the frontend. They have to be set as admin on the backend to access the /wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-moderation tools. Many people do wish to set members as admin role just to help with reports.
