Hello!
Our users are experiencing the following problems with displaying the course player on the locked screen:
1. When viewing downloaded courses, the player does not display on the locked screen at all. When the screen is locked, playback just stops.
2. When viewing online courses, in some cases also the player just does not display on the locked screen. In others, the player displays but the sound stops and you have to restart it.
We would be grateful for your help in solving this problem and setting up the unconditional output of the player to the lock screen without stopping the sound, for downloaded and online courses, for all operating systems ( like on YouTube premium).
