SiteGround Optimizer Plugin Causing Display Issues for Logged In/Out Users

"I was directed to submit this pluging by the support staff. I had a few bugs regarding what was displayed to logged in/logged out users. It was caused by the SiteGround Optimizer plugin . I did the support through Siteground
